Auctions/Sponsorship

DIAMOND SPONSOR

• A banner provided by your organization displayed at the event site. (No larger than 5'X10')
• Recognition of your company as a “Diamond Sponsor” for the event during announcements and auction.
• Fifty (50) event tickets.
• Twenty (20) event T-shirts.

PLATINUM SPONSOR

• A banner provided by your organization displayed at the event site. (No larger than 3’X5’)
• Recognition of your company as a “Platinum Sponsor” for the event during announcements and auction.
• Twenty Five (25) event tickets.
• Ten (10) event T-shirts.

GOLD SPONSOR

• A banner provided by your organization displayed at the event site. (No larger than 2’X3’)
• Recognition of your company as a “Gold Sponsor” for the event during announcements and auction.
• Ten (10) event tickets.
• Six (6) event T-shirts.

SILVER SPONSOR

• A banner provided by your organization displayed at the event site. (No larger than 1’X2’)
• Recognition of your company as a “Silver Sponsor” for the event during announcements and auction.
• Five (5) event tickets.
• Four (4) event T-shirts.

SILENT AND LIVE AUCTION ITEMS – DONATION

There will be a silent auction of numerous items that will go from about 3PM until about 7PM. There will be a live auction of around 20 larger ticket items at 6:15PM. Credit cards will be accepted for any of these items.

• All donors will be listed by the item to be auctioned or announced when the item is auctioned.
• If donation equals value of above sponsors, you will receive those sponsor benefits.
